• LOVE FOOD, LIVE FOODIE •
I've been told I say "good" too much when describing food. So for this review I will try to avoid using it, but it will be hard as the burger was really GOoo, tasty.
Byron always introduce new burgers; be it based on events throughout the year, special occasions or just because they can. The story behind this was that one of the creators had experienced a similar burger many years ago at a theme park and so they had to bring the g£&d old days back. The burger consists of a medium patty topped with cheese. Basic start and then from here the fun comes in: smoked bacon, an onion ring, jalapeños and a BBQ sauce. A more in depth report on the toppings and story can be found here. I really enjoyed the burger. The quality of the Byron meat is always great. It tastes like good cuts and chunks of meat. The crisp bacon and onion ring add an extra element which creates a good crunch. The sauce and cheese make it slide down your mouth and makes sure that Byron keeps up its reputation as an awesome place to have a burger. Thank you byron. I didn't say GOOD once! D'oh
