• LOVE FOOD, LIVE FOODIE •
The foodie scene is ever expanding and the fun of this means you get to travel to new places for the next best thing. The London sprawl has taken east London and Stoke Newington and Dalston have fully immersed themselves as a destination for food lovers, bar hoppers and trend setters.
Berber and Q, which brings with it "Mezze from the East, Music from the West". Grilled meats and smoked food is lavished upon its dining guests and with the vibe of East London and music to match, the restaurant has a buzz about it.
As a food blogger I have certain responsibilities and they include providing an analysis of what I ate, what I would recommend and whether or not the restaurant or establishment is good enough for my followers.
Sometimes, after a few drinks my memory can be a bit hazy, but overall I remembered that Berber and Q was and is a restaurant that I enjoyed and will go back to again. My friends did help me out with some feedback too and they agreed that the food was very tasty. A big tray of all we ordered arrived alongside some extra smoked food. The grilled meats were tender, juicy and for lack of a better word, meaty. Exactly what the restaurant promised. One sticking point was the prices and these were quite steep for what we were given. Dukes Brew and Que give you a whole lot more for the money and for this reason we left with a little bit of disappointment. Not the most thorough blog report, but Berber & Q is worth a visit and haggerston and the area alike are thriving with bars, restaurants and places to. I'll be back for sure, i will just make sure I have less drink next time i go.
