I am so so sorry about the pathetic picture. I only remembered about the photo opp after I had started eating my dinner. Me was hungry, and this blogging is becoming hard work. I'm not sure if there is extra demand but I sure am supplying some rubbish. Tonight Matthew. I have noodles. Where do I begin. Night before; "shall we have minced beef" "No" "Noodles and prawns it is". Simple idea and i myself am a big fan of the Japanese flavours of ginger, garlic, saki and mirin. So this is how it goes. Sesame seed oil, soy sauce, saki and mirin heated up with some sugar until it dissolves. Once dissolved put aside and save for later. Next. Fry the veg; garlic, ginger, mushrooms and pepper. Once softened add prawns and the cooked noodles. Side note - noodles in boiling water cooked to instruction then placed under cold water and set aside ready to mix with the rest of the food. Basic recipe really. Add prawns and he veg and noodles all together. Heat it up for a while and then add the sauce made at the beginning and stir for two minutes. Voila, merci, hey presto. Shut up and eat your dinner. I really liked it and I think you will too. Did someone say BMW advert??
