• LOVE FOOD, LIVE FOODIE •
This is the last week of Insanity for me. I have enjoyed it, hated it, sweated all over it and what has defined it, is that I have done it my way. My way isn't the right or wrong way but I wasn't willing to make certain sacrifices. Food and Drink essentially. I am genuinely looking forward to this finishing and I will put some pictures up after it has finished. If anyone has any extra tips on how to lose the flab on the sides in four days let me know.
Shaun T is the trainer of Insanity and he is a real inspiration, what a guy and what a body. He talks to you throughout and advices you on what you need to do. He pushes you hard and I would recommend this workout for most people to try at least once. It does get a bit repetitive as you have four/five workouts which you do each month. However, in spite of knowing what is coming up it doesn't make it any easier and your body aches from the off. I honestly don't think I have sweated this much in a month ever in my life. At times it looks a bit sexy but other times, I feel like a monster from a really bad X-Men cartoon. I would say Wolverine but he is cool. The lessons I have learnt from Mr Shaun T is that look after your body and push yourself to your own limit. Don't try and copy others, because everyone is different and it is silly to compare yourself to strangers. You know your limits and therefore you will know when you can go harder or when you can DIG DEEPER. Insanity is a lifestyle and if you don't eat and live it properly you won't see great results. Ah well, at least I tried. Pictures coming soon, until then JUMP - OFF
