Love thy neighbour but more importantly love yourself. After a eventful and amazing weekend in Amsterdam for my brothers Stag Party I found out the importance of a good nights sleep. 4 hours rest, intoxicated is not enough every night, especially not for me.
The pictures in the last post barely touch upon the events that transpired and organising activities for 17 other people can be quite tiring. I am not moaning as I loved every moment but this week and especially on Monday I felt like shit. This is where I've started to understand about the importance of a good sleep, not a nap or a snooze but a good 6 to 8 hours snore fest. I remember watching MTV and Dame Dash spoke about his constant business focus and how he doesn't sleep he naps. At the time, I thought WOW- what a guy, he is so focused and determined and that sleep is stopping him. Now, after many years and him losing millions, maybe the lack of sleep has caught up with him. A good friend of mine talks about Living in your Flow and the importance of starting the day off in a good way. By exercising but also relaxing the brain it can get stronger and can lead to greater productivity. This is basically a blog post to say that I am number one (or you are number one). Say it loud and have that confidence. But more importantly look after yourself. EAT- SLEEP - RAVE- REPEAT. Maybe not in that order but as they say "no rest for the wicked". So go to sleep. Th isina cf starting the day. A goo.is stopping him. However, after manis good 6 to 8 hourundertsnadulfully undetrsnadmy last post barely touch the surface of the events that transpired
